Yes. Listing your space, receiving enquiries, verifying with Quick Quotes and managing who sees your stock are free for leasing agents and landlords: no subscription, no card, no commission clip. Paid plans are on the demand side, for tenant representatives and brokers running enquiries.
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required for the trial. You get the run of the platform: create enquiries, search every market, build shortlists and prepare reports. Activating your account is what takes you live - sending enquiries to operators and agents, verified rates and responses, and reports your client can act on.
Both unlock the same platform. Monthly is AU$699 + GST per seat, paid by card, auto-renewing, and you can pause any time - the pause takes effect at the end of the billing period and you can resume whenever you like. Annual is AU$6,990 + GST per seat - two months free - on a 12-month agreement, payable by card or invoice, and you can turn off renewal at any time.
No. The 14-day trial needs no card details. The monthly plan is paid by card; the annual plan can be paid by card or invoice.
No. BOLTA never touches deal money and takes no commission, referral fee or success fee on any deal done through the platform - our Terms make that contractual. The only thing you pay BOLTA is your subscription.
